FOOD AMERICANA!

 I have started reading a book called Food Americana by David Page. This book is about how foods in America we know now become "American". This book has thirteen chapters, and each chapter has a story of an American dish. The first chapter is about "Pizzas". I have never heard of someone who dislikes pizzas. The ones we see these days like Domino's and Pizza Hut are from America. But how did this Italian cuisine become American? The history and David's cooking adventure are filled in this book.
