 Hi everyone! I was reading my book for class, FOOD AMERICANA by David Page, and found an interesting chapter again. The 8th chapter, "The All-AMERICAN Burgers". As you could tell, it's about burgers. 

 What is your favorite burger shop or fast food restaurant? 

Mc Donalds? Burger King? Wendy? My favorite is Mc Donalds. Inexpensive, delicious, and makes me full. I go there at least once a week...

Now, where do you think the first restaurant that sold burgers or sliders is?

Sliders were first created at White castle a popular American fast-food chain restaurant.

In this chapter of the book, you could learn what it was like when the first sliders were sold and other histories of the famous fast-food restaurants now. At the end of the chapter, there is a recipe for the Triple XXX burgers! I'm full now but I think I would cook it one day. Thank you for reading my blog!
