Tomato Braised Chicken in bread!? my original recipe
Ingredients (serves 4)
•Chicken thigh(350g)
•Canned tomatoes (400g)
•Cheese (as much as you like)
•Shimeji mushrooms (one bunch)
•Olive oil (a bit)
•Consomme (two tablespoons)
•Milk (half a cup)
•Bread (half a loaf)
•Salt (a pinch)
•Pepper (a pinch)
•Parsley (a pinch)
•Nutmeg (a pinch)
Directions
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-size pieces and take the roots off the mushroom. Then, grease a frying pan with olive oil and fry the chicken. After the meat is cooked, add canned tomatoes, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the pan and wait for 10-15 minutes over low heat. After boiling, add milk and parsley and mix.
Cut the bread into four slices. Then, cut a square out of the inside of the bread and pour the tomato braised chicken into it. Finally, sprinkle cheese as much as you like and put it in the toaster for 2 minutes. Then, it’s time to eat!
This could be the main dish for your meal. It takes a bit of time, but I promise it is worth it. Both the taste and smell while cooking were perfect. Because I live alone, I had to produce a recipe that doesn’t cost much and has a lot of volume. This was perfect. I thought one and a half was enough for me. I don’t think this dish is healthy, so I recommend you have it with a salad or a fruit!
